WKGC M.V.P. – Titan Truck

WKGC has made the investment into the Panhandle’s first Mobile Video Production Live Truck. The truck can broadcast video and audio back to WKGC from anywhere it receives an internet connection. The passenger seat serves as a talent broadcast seat where a reporter can broadcast from with a forward looking camera and a talent camera.

The truck has a weather station on board, as well as Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera on top. After Hurricane Michael and during the pandemic we realized that Digital Media is forefront now in the world we live in. That is why we have invested in the Florida Panhandle’s first, and state of the art Mobile Video Production Titan Truck.

The truck can connect to our Gulf Coast State College Digital Media Program Mobile Production Trailer and become a remote broadcasting platform. On top of that, the truck can work along side our (TEMPEST) Unmanned Vehicle Systems Emergency Response Team during a natural disaster.
