Calhoun County Has First COVID-19 Case

Blountstown, Florida – According to the Florida Department of Health, a 74-year old female, from Blountstown, Florida has tested positive for COVID-19. This is the first confirmed case in Calhoun County.

The Health Department is investigating and has reported that the women recently traveled to Alabama, and Florida, and has declared the case as travel related at this time. It is unknown if the person came in contact with another COVID-19 confirmed case.
