Pier Park Drive Closing for Drainage Work

Pier Park Drive Closure Planned for U.S. 98

CHIPLEY, FL – Pier Park Drive will be closed south of the U.S. 98 intersection Tuesday, Jan. 21 through Tuesday, Jan. 28. Construction crews will be installing drainage beneath the roadway. U.S. 98 drivers requiring access to Pier Park may detour using Powell Adams Road. The closure will not impact the U.S. 98 travel lanes, or Pier Park Drive traffic north of the U.S. 98 intersection.

All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to use caution, especially at night, when traveling through a work zone and to watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
