Bay County Veterans Day Parade & Ceremony 2024

PANAMA CITY, FL – The Bay County Board of County Commissioners, in partnership with the Bay County Veterans Council, proudly invites the community to honor our nation’s veterans at the annual Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony on Monday, November 11, 2024. This event is a tribute to the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country.

The Veterans Day Parade will kick off promptly at 8 a.m. starting at the intersection of Frankford Avenue and 12th Street in St. Andrews. From there, the procession will move east along 11th Street, culminating at the Bay County Government Center located at 840 W. 11th Street.

Following the parade, a wreath-laying ceremony will be held outside the Government Center’s main entrance at 10 a.m. This solemn event will feature live patriotic music, providing a stirring backdrop for the ceremony. Attendees will also hear inspiring words from a guest speaker, reflecting on the service and sacrifices made by veterans.

Bay County’s Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony offers the community an opportunity to come together in respect and remembrance. All are encouraged to attend, show support, and express gratitude for the service and dedication of veterans who have protected our freedoms.
