Patrick Chapin Bay County Chamber of Commerce President CEO
PANAMA CITY, Fla. – The Bay County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Chapin as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. In September of 2023, after 46 years of service, Carol Roberts announced her retirement and the search for the new President and CEO began. As a native of Central Florida, Patrick brings experience in both the public and nonprofit sectors. He has held leadership roles at the Walt Disney Company and served as president and CEO of both the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce (FL) and Business High Point – Chamber of Commerce (NC). As the Bay
County Chamber of Commerce continues to play a vital role in promoting local businesses and driving development in the region, Chapin is equipped to lead the organization with a strategic vision and dedication to excellence.

Chapin officially assumes the role on January 22, 2024. The Bay County Chamber of Commerce looks
forward to an exciting chapter of growth, collaboration, and success under his leadership.
