Florida and Ontario Hotels Earn AAA’s Top Honor
Restaurants in California and Washington, DC also earned the highest Diamond designation
WASHINGTON, DC – Three hotels are the newest additions to the AAA Five Diamonds list: Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale, Ritz Carlton Naples, and The Bruce Hotel in Stratford, Ontario. Two restaurants also received Five Diamonds: Cyrus in Sonoma County, California and minibar by José Andrés in Washington, DC. These Five Diamond properties embody the very best in hospitality and service and reflect the 4 Cs of AAA Diamonds: cleanliness, comfort, cuisine, and consistency.
This month, nine hotels and three restaurants received AAA Four Diamonds.
AAA Diamond lists are updated monthly, as inspectors visit hotels and restaurants throughout the year. Currently, there are approximately 130 Five Diamond hotels and 60 Five Diamond restaurants, and 1,760 Four Diamond hotels and 540 Four Diamond restaurants.

Cuisine: Diamond restaurants are assessed on their food, service, and vibe. Inspectors dine at these properties anonymously.
Consistency: AAA Diamond properties – no matter the designation – have one thing in common: consistency. Unlike subjective star reviews, Diamond inspections rely on published guidelines based on industry standards.
