Panama City Beach, FL- As Tropical Storm Idalia develops and moves into the Gulf this coming week, beach and surf conditions are expected to worsen. We anticipate dangerous rip currents over the next several days. Please be mindful of the daily beach flags and stay out of the water during double red flags. We do expect the water being closed as Idalia moves to shore, and possibly several days after, we have the potential of being under double red flags.
