MOVE-IN DAYS FOR FSU PC STUDENTS AT SEMINOLE LANDING

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Fall semester students will move into Seminole Landing, the condo-style residential housing on Florida State University Panama City’s campus, on Aug. 17-18. 

Seminole Landing is home to FSU Panama City students from the surrounding Bay County area looking for a residential college experience, as well as students who moved to the area from out of state or internationally. To qualify for Seminole Landing residency, students must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at FSU Panama City or neighboring Gulf Coast State College.  

FSU PC Student Affairs and Student Government Council will be on hand with drawings, gift cards and swag for new residents. Techpresso coffee truck will be open from 8 a.m. to noon, and food trucks will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Over the following week, new residential students will be treated to a pool party, movie night, crafts, a demonstration by the FSU PC diving program, paddle boarding and much more.  

The upscale fully-furnished apartments feature a TV, in-unit washer/dryer and kitchen. Utilities are included. One, two and four-bedroom floor plans are available. Recreational amenities include a 24-hour fitness facility, bayside infinity pool, gazebo, fire pit and gas barbecue grill. Residents also have access to private study and community rooms, lounge spaces and an academic success center. 

Move-in days give students time to get settled before important fall term milestones. The Student Resources Fair will be Aug. 21-22; the Fall Convocation and Garden Party for first-time students will be Aug. 27; and the first day of classes is Aug. 28. Seminole Landing is also conveniently located near important offices, including Academic Advising and Financial Aid.
