GCSC’s Super Saturday Registration Event

Panama City, FL – Gulf Coast State College is hosting a Super Saturday registration event on August 12, 2023 for new and returning students preparing for the Fall 2023 semester.

The event will take place from 9-11am CST at the Charles Hilton Center on the Panama City campus and 10am-12pm EST at the Gulf/Franklin campus in Port St. Joe.

“Super Saturday is like a one-stop shop for new students,” said Jason Hedden, Executive Director of Recruitment at GCSC. “We bring all the campus offices together so students can get registered, meet with advisors, and take care of everything they need before classes start.”

The application fee will be waived for new students attending the event. Students are encouraged to apply online in advance to maximize their time during the event.

Current students can also utilize Super Saturday to meet with financial aid advisors, obtain parking decals and student IDs, and get other questions answered.

“It’s a great opportunity for prospective and current students to get prepared for the semester in one morning,” said Hedden.
