New Gulf Coast President Aims for Student-Focused Growth

Gulf Coast State College in Panama City ushered in a new era as Glen McDonald officially assumed the role of President on Tuesday. McDonald’s appointment comes after Cheryl Flax-Hyman, who served as interim president since the spring of 2022, stepped down.

With a clear vision for the college’s future, President McDonald has set ambitious goals for his tenure, placing particular emphasis on the growth and development of the institution.
