Education Encore Classes through Continuing Education Open for Registration on August 8th

Lara Herter, the Program Director for Education Encore through Continuing Education at Gulf Coast State College, joined The Mix to talk about registration for Education Encore opening up on August 8th. Education Encore is offered by Continuing Education at Gulf Coast State College and provides non-credit enrichment education classes on a variety of topics for active and senior adults. We talked about how there are no tests or grades to worry about, but that it is a great opportunity for people to continue learning through the different classes offered.

Classes for the fall 2022 semester will open up for registration on August 8th and will run from September 23rd thru October  28th. Some of the classes offered are literary courses, Spanish language, and a few new classes that were added just this semester. A full lineup of classes can be found here. The Lunch and Learn series will also be returning this semester, as well, and Lara talks about some of the guests that students can expect which includes local judges here in Bay County.
