Bayhead Road Repairs

UPDATE AS OF 7/11: Please note that the Bayhead Road closure will be extended through Friday, July 15.

Bayhead Road between Oconee Way and Creek Run Road/Deer Point Drive will be closed to thru traffic through Tuesday, July 15. The purpose of the closure is to complete installation of headwalls and to pave the roadway. The work will be performed by Gulf Coast Utility Contractors, LLC on behalf of Bay County.

During this time, message boards, road closure, and detour signage will be posted to direct the traffic via Indian Bluff Road and Cherokee Street. A detour map is attached.
