8th Annual Public Eye SOAR 2021

Airing Date: October 1st, 2021 – November 12th, 2021

The 8^th Annual Public Eye SOAR Projection Art Festival comes to the Gulf Coast State College Panama City campus on the evenings of Friday the 12^th and Saturday the 13^th in November.

The two-night festival will light up GCSC with projection art, live performances, interactive art, and so much more from artists all over the globe.

Each night of festivities begins at 6PM and is open to the public and family-friendly. The event concludes at 10PM.
