FedEx Stores in Florida To Provide Free Printing & Mailing Of Reemployment Assistance Applications
Tallahassee, Florida – At today’s briefing at the Florida capitol, Gov. Ron DeSantis said the State has signed an agreement with FedEx, that will allow many FedEx storefronts in the state, will be provide free printing and mailing of Florida reemployment assistance applications to Tallahassee from across the state.
The Governor said that people searching for an application can also download a paper application and print it out from their own computer or at a FedEx store.
I appreciate @FedEx’s willingness to help Floridians in a time of need. Starting today, over 100 @FedEx storefronts throughout the state are providing free printing and mailing of reemployment assistance applications.

Many people who have tried to apply for reemployment assistance had problems submitting applications to the Department of Economic Opportunity’s website, as it has been overwhelmed with users trying to access the servers.
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity has spent more than $25 million the past couple of weeks to improve the computer and phone systems to collect the applications. The Governor Issued an Executive Order to add help and upgrade the the process.
According to the Floridajobs.org web site:
“Please note that paper applications could potentially take longer to process than completing an online application.”
