Panama City City Hall to Close to Public, All Services Remain Available
Panama City, Florida – Beginning on March 24, 2020, City Hall for the City of Panama City will be closed to the public through at least April 15, 2020. All services will remain available via telephone, through email and on the City’s website, www.pcgov.org.
Citizens who need to access city services can find a list of helpful links and contact information on the City’s homepage under “News and Events.” Posters with contact information are also posted at all entrances to City Hall.

The City understands citizens may be facing hardships and will not shut off water service because of nonpayment. Citizens who have concerns about their utility bills are encouraged to contact the Utility Billing Department by emailing utilityservice@pcgov.org or calling (850) 872-3000 to establish a payment plan.
Additionally, all publicly-permitted events, facility reservations, sports and arts programming, informational meetings, and code enforcement hearings have been suspended through at least April 15, 2020.
The boat ramp and fuel dock at the St. Andrews Marina remain open, but the marina store is closed through at least April 15, 2020. Citizens who would like to purchase fuel for their vessels or other essential items may pull up to the fuel dock during regular business hours (daily, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and an employee will come outside to process payments.
The outdoor areas of the City’s parks remain open.
